Submitting feedback from a chat session#
Submit feedback directly from a chat session in the web UI:
/feedback create "Your feedback message here"Or from a paver chat session in the CLI:
/feedback "Your feedback message here"Helpful feedback describes what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen. For example:
/feedback "I asked Paver to automate a multi-step deployment workflow and it completed all steps successfully. It correctly handled dependencies between steps, which saved me significant manual effort."
/feedback "I asked Paver to provision a new resource, but the command failed partway through with a timeout error. Paver didn't explain what had already been created, so I wasn't sure whether to retry or clean up first. I expected a summary of the completed steps and a suggested next action."Submitting feedback from the CLI#
Submit feedback from your terminal with the paver feedback create command:
paver feedback create "Your feedback message here"For example:
paver feedback create "Paver returned a 403 error when creating a storage bucket during my deployment workflow. The error did not say which permission was missing. I expected it to name the required access so I could request it."When you submit feedback, relevant logs and diagnostic data are automatically sent for analysis.
